Original painting of the Kodak Tower, in Rochester, NY.
Painting is sized 11”x14” with a gray-moonstone mat board, framed in a natural, light wood, sized 16”x20”. Framing done by Five Points Framing.
As a kid, I always was drawn to cameras, the Polaroids, OneSteps, Kodaks (obviously). It was fueled primarily through the excitement I got by visiting estate sales, garage sales, thrift stores. My dad especially influenced this hobby. Whenever he got back from helping out at an Estate sale, or wherever he found his Knick-knacks, he would always come home with one or two.
I’ve had tons of requests to do Rochester staples, so it was clear that I needed to do my first of the Kodak Tower. The bright, yellow words spelled out on the top of this tall building always caught my eye whenever I’d take a trip out to Rochester.
Each matted print is assembled with a white mat board.
