Like all of us, our homes are much more than just where we live. They take on our personalities and become an integral part of our lives. Whether it's your first home or your forever home, I can paint a portrait that will evoke positive stories for all to hear.

Your piece will painted with watercolor on Arches™ paper, using special paint pens and gauche for detailing.

All sizes stated "MATTED" will come with a white mat-board so it stands out beautifully in a frame of your liking! For custom framing and colored mat options, prices are subject to change. There is no discount for choosing no mat board.

5"x7" matted to 8"x10" - $170 + Tax

8"x10" matted to 11"x14" - $200 + Tax

11"x14" matted to 16"x20" - $250 + Tax

16"x20" Unmatted - $285 + Tax

24"x30" Unmatted - $400 + Tax

Keep in mind, pieces take approximately 30-60 days to complete.. Additionally, we require a 25% deposit to secure your spot on a custom piece. Submitting only an inquiry or DM'ing on social media does not secure your spot for a commission. All custom pieces are final sale.
